Preamble
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTC") apply in addition, as regards the Buyers, the Buyers' CGU and, as regards the Sellers, the Sellers CGU, in which the terms are defined in capital letters used in these GTC.The GTC apply to all sales of Products made through the Service between the Seller and the Buyer. They are intended to govern relations between Sellers and Buyers of Products, with the exception of those that are formed between Buyers and ASSETSET LTD or between Sellers and ASSETSET LTD. The relations between the Buyers and ASSETSET LTD are governed by the Buyer T & Cs. Relations between Sellers and ASSETSET LTD are governed by the Seller T & Cs.ASSETSET LTD is not the seller of the Products purchased through the Service; only the Seller, whose name is indicated on the description of each Product, is the contracting partner of the Buyer for the purchase of said Products. The Products can therefore neither be returned nor exchanged by ASSETSET LTD.
Article 1. Conclusion of the sales contract between the buyer and the seller
The Products are presented on the Site with a description putting the Buyer in a position to know their essential characteristics and their price.
The Buyer selects the Product (s) he wishes to buy.
He confirms his choice of Product (s) and acknowledges and accepts these GTC by clicking on validation.
The Buyer receives an email confirming that his order has been taken into account. However, the sales contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is subject to the condition that the Product is available.
The Seller is informed by ASSETSET LTD that one or more of the Products that he has put online has been the subject of an order.
The Seller undertakes to reverse the availability of the Product (s) ordered by the Buyer within 24 hours of the information received as referred to in point 5).
If the same Product is the subject of an order by several Buyers at the same time, and depending on the availability of this Product (single, second-hand product), it will only be sold to the first Buyer who registers his order. The order will then be canceled for the other Buyers.
In case of availability of the Product (s) by the Seller, the Seller makes a firm commitment to deliver the Products within the time limit and according to the terms set out in the Seller's delivery methods.
The Seller must confirm without delay in his “Seller Account” the correct shipment of the Product (s) ordered. The resolutive condition attached to the sales contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is lifted. The Buyer's bank account is debited for the amount of the order.
In the absence of a complaint from the Buyer, the Product will be deemed to have been received within 15 days from its date of shipment for products not containing perishable goods. Concerning perishable foodstuffs (foodstuffs) this period is increased to 7 days. He can also send a copy of his complaint to contact@kazystore.com.
The Purchaser is invited to assess the Vendor's performance in accordance with the procedures set out in article 7.
Article 2. Price and payment
The purchase price of the Product is set by the Seller. It is mentioned in Mauritian rupees including tax on the description sheet, but excluding delivery costs, these being added before the validation of the order according to the scale inherent in the seller's delivery costs.
Payment for purchases made through the kazystore.com Marketplace is made exclusively by credit card on the Paypal account with ASSETSET LTD which collects the corresponding amount, in the name and on behalf of the Seller.
Article 3. Shipping methods and costs
The delivery methods are offered to the Buyer, under the conditions defined below:

The Seller can request the deactivation of a shipping method in his account but he cannot cancel an existing order on the grounds that the delivery method does not suit him since he is responsible for it.
The delivery costs of the Products are calculated according to a grid established by the Seller.
The Seller undertakes to send the Purchaser (s) the Products ordered within the time limit set in its delivery methods (in working days) following the date of registration of the order. The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering, and forwarded under the conditions he chose when ordering. It is therefore the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that the information he communicates to ASSETSET LTD on the kazystore.com Marketplace for this purpose is and remains correct and that it will allow him to receive the Products that 'he buys on the Site. The Products travel at the Seller's expense and risk.
Article 4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, in the context of a purchase made from a professional Seller, the Buyer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the Product (s) ordered to exercise, with said Seller, his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
It is specified that the right of withdrawal is not applicable in the context of a purchase made from a particular Seller as well as for products made up of perishable foodstuffs (foodstuffs, etc.).
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product (s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs remaining the responsibility of the Buyer.Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions ...) in a packaging identical to that used during shipping.In accordance with the regulations in force, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for audio, video or unsealed computer software recordings and foodstuffs.The Buyer exercises his right of withdrawal from the Seller and can send a copy to ASSETSET LTD by email to contact@kazystore.comThe refund of the returned Products is made by the Seller by credit on the credit card or the Paypal account of the Buyer as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the date on which the right was exercised.
