Legend has it that Phoenician ships, carried by the regular winds of a "Brise Marine", landed on the Mediterranean coast in the 6th century BC. They brought with them the know-how of vine growing and winemaking.
In memory of this legend, the ESTANDON winegrowers compose this Vin de Pays "BRISE MARINE" and invite you to taste the fruit of the history of their region.
Provence. Shale and loamy soils, shallow. Buttress of the Maures massif: sunny hillsides.
Mechanical night harvests. Short skin maceration. Pressing. Malolactic blocked thermo-regulated alcoholic fermentation. Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats, controlled temperatures.
