Our Bourgogne Vieilles Vignes de Chardonnay comes from vines aged 25 to 30 years and located in Côte de Beaune and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. The diversity of exposure and altitude of the soils allows us to work on a mosaic of climates, at the origin of a beautiful aromatic complexity in this wine. The venerable age of the vines gives this wine a very special aromatic concentration, as well as frank and distinctive flavors.
Its nose is dominated by notes of citrus and white flowers, which evolve towards notes of honey and dried fruits. Its mouth is very balanced, skillfully mixing liveliness and roundness.
Food / wine pairings
At the table, he will play with his aromatic palette on seafood, fish in sauce or beautiful simply cooked white meats.
Service & care
